Top of pin is platinum, back is yellow gold. 43 old mine cut diamonds with approx. 1.25cts. total weight. Fine white quality. Testd with diamond tester. Rectangular center stone, natural blue high domed cabochon sapphire approx. 1.0ct weight, 21/2" long x 1/4" wide.
