Belfor Antiques.com uses
custom, cutting edge, state-of-the-art coding when displaying the website. Without
revealing our secret, here's how it basically works:
If a hacker ever tried to "break in" to Belfor Antiques.com, to retrieve order information, (such as a credit card number or one of our client's addresses) they would receive what we like to call, "a virtual grenade" or VG for short. The VG gets "tossed" onto the hacker's computer the second he gets into Belfor Antiques.com illegally. (any other way but typing in belforantiques.com in the browser is considered illegal entry.) While the hacker tries to break the code down to access order information, Belfor Antiques.com posts bogus information on the screen and the VG is at work deleting MAJOR OPERATING components from the hacker's computer. Eventually, when the hacker powers down his computer, the VG gives one last slam and renders the hacker's computer totally useless. A surprise awaits the hacker the next time he turns on his computer. It's dead. It will not power up. During this whole time, emails get fired off to nearby police stations, as well as The Internet Fraud Complaint Center, FBI local offices, U.S. Secret Service local office, and The Federal Trade Commission with the IP address of the hacker's computer. The IP address (The unique address of a machine, in this case, attached to the internet.) will let the authorities know where the computer is located.
